Beales
Beale’s is a new spot that’s part of the booming craft beer scene in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Located in a historic building that once served as the Hampton Looms woolen mill, the space has been transformed into a beautiful showcase of craft beer and BBQ. It’s the first craft brewery in the Town of Bedford and another fantastic option for craft beer fans who visit this part of the state. Beale’s opened in June and is meant to serve as a family-friendly place where every day is a party and you’ll find the fun in craft beer. There are board games and Jenga blocks, as well as a beautiful outdoor patio that’s pet-friendly. It will also be a spot for live music and special events.
Blue Mountain Brewery
Virginia's first countryside brewery, hop farm and tasting room. Serving ten hand crafted brews on draft every day paired with a local food menu. Located less than 20 miles from Charlottesville, 15 miles from Wintergreen Mountain Resort, and 3 miles from Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, Blue Mountain Brewery is a unique destination in the heart of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Truly an oasis of beer in a sea of wine. Full restaurant menu includes handmade gourmet pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, cheese plates, and dessert. Serving local meats and produce. All of our breads are made fresh daily by Goodwin Creek Bakery. Buy our beer by the glass or purchase a six-pack or growler to go. Kegs available too. Open Monday - Saturday 11:00am -10:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-9:00pm. Brunch served on Sundays from 11:00am until 2:00pm.

Devils Backbone
Basecamp Brewpub & Meadows is tucked in the valley of Nelson County on 91.5 acres surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Basecamp offers a mecca of outdoor activities including bike races, trail run races, and festivals. The pilot brewery is where we create our recipes on a traditional German designed 10 Hectoliter (8.5 barrel) brewing system. This is our “test kitchen”. We pour fresh craft beer from our 16 taps inside our pub with 19 additional taps at our Outdoor Bar. The brewpub in full service bar and dining experience with its oak wood -fired smoked dishes and local fare.
Three Roads Brewing Co.
Three Roads Brewing Company is opening a new taproom and brewery in the great city of Lynchburg in early 2020. Housed in a former Ford dealership, the Lynchburg taproom will feature the signature, relaxed Three Roads style, complete with indoor and outdoor seating, games, live music, community events, and of course, great beer.
Starr Hill on Main
Starr Hill Brewery still remains one of the largest independent and locally owned breweries in Virginia, proud of our accomplishments while striving to make creative and world-class beer every day. In 2017, we opened our first satellite location, the Pilot Brewery & Side Stage in Roanoke. As the company’s first R&D facility, exploratory brewing styles highlight the diverse menu at the bar and the venue focuses on showcasing new music in the area. Our next outpost opened in 2019 in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood of Richmond, VA. The Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop provides yet another unique brewing facility and a vast craft beer playground for customers including a beautiful rooftop to look out over the city. In 2020, we opened two new locations on Main Street in Lynchburg, VA and a return to our home neighborhood in the new Dairy Market in Charlottesville, VA. Our sixth taproom (Starr Hill Biergarten) will open summer 2021 in Tysons Corner at the Perch in Capital One Center. Academy Of The Arts
The Historic Academy of Music Theatre is one of Lynchburg’s most notable historical treasures. First opened on February 1, 1905, the theatre boasted perfect sightlines and extraordinary acoustics, attracting nationally acclaimed performing artists. After closing its doors in 1958, the theatre had remained unused for 60 years. Through the efforts of the Academy Center of the Arts' board and staff, as well as the dedicated members of the community, the restorations of the Historic Theatre were brought to completion and the theatre was reopened on December 6, 2018.

Rivermont BierHaus
2496 Rivermont Avenue, Lynchburg, VA, USA. The Bierhaus is known for attracting local musicians throughout Central Virginia.
Mustaches 4 Kids
M4K Lynchburg is a volunteer-run organization that spun off of M4K Richmond in 2014 with the goal of raising money for local children’s charities while having fun growing mustaches, according to the Lynchburg M4K website. Participants of M4K attempt to grow their best mustache. They solicit donations and check in weekly to showcase their upper-lip bristles.
Boonsboro Country Club
Tucked away in the gentle rolling hills of Central Virginia resides one of the most treasured clubs of the commonwealth, Boonsboro Country Club. The club is known for helping to create lasting memories for an array of private catering needs. The old manor house, built in the late 18th century, has a unique elegance that can only develop over many years of care and meticulous attention to detail. Since the club’s inception in 1923, she has been host to many fond memories and special private gatherings.
The Glass House
The Glass House is a unique live music and private event venue adjacent to Riverfront Park in Downtown Lynchburg, VA.
Oakwood Country Club
At Oakwood Country Club, our traditions of exceptional service, friendly staff, and outstanding amenities combine to create a truly unrivaled country club experience and relationships that will last a lifetime. Members can dine from our seasonal menu. Throughout the year we have weekly dinner specials, live music, special holiday buffets and events. Champion Brewing Company is Virginia’s most progressive brewery, producing a wide variety of ales and lagers in our downtown tap room and our joint production facility with Reason Beer in the heart of Lynchburg, VA. We serve select brews, from constantly rotating taps and one-off beers in both of our tap room locations. You can visit Champion’s Taproom and Reason Beer’s Taproom and get all the brews that both establishments have to offer.
